Exercise Plans for Women
Many women are under the impression that they should not lift weights because they will bulk up. So they in turn think that workout plans for women are exercises where you plan to workout on the treadmill and then go home. Have you seen the women that show up to the gym and only use the treadmill? They are the women that go to the gym often and always look the same. They never get skinnier.
The reality is that women benefit greatly from lifting weights just like men. You can’t simply think that jogging will make your body more tone and lean. If you want a tight lean body, you will have to start working for it.
I recommend that you start by doing squats with real weight. You should be able to do squats with 100 pounds within the first month of trying them. Start light and make sure you have proper form before attempting to go up in weight. You want firm legs? Do heavy squats and your legs will be the firmest they have ever been.
Pull-ups are another great exercise that most women cannot do. If you can train enough in order to do even a couple of pull-ups with your body weight, you will look drastically different. This will get rid of that fat that folds over the top of your bra. Pull-ups build muscle in your lats and you will have a much better shape.
